Coming to Minahan Orthodontics for my children’s orthodontic needs was one of the best decisions I have made. We were referred to another local orthodontist, also with solid references and reviews. After the initial consultation and subsequent pre-treatment visits, I noticed that my wait time to be seen was long. Once or twice, it may be happenstance, but we were consistently waiting to be seen. After several months, we went back to see if the pre-treatment was sufficient or if braces were needed. Again, my wait time was very long. I decided, at this point, it would be the best time to seek out another orthodontist. When we arrived for our consultation appointment with Dr. Minahan, we were promptly seen and my child taken back for an examination. To make a long story short, Dr. Minahan is now beginning treatment for my third child; 2 done and 1 left to go! If you’re reading my testimonial, I’m sure you’re doing your due diligence in looking for an orthodontist. My decision to come to Dr. Minahan was based on not just her knowledge and skills as a doctor, but also on how her office is run. Prompt scheduling, excellent communication: Her office runs like a well-oiled machine. Even her office ambiance is nice and relaxing (great music too). I made the right decision.
